    MJ12 Killing My HD Space~!!!!

After an afternoon nap I looked at the dual opty rig and noticed MJ12 wasnt doing anything.. The errors were reading that it didnt have enough disk space.. I was like this cant be right. So I have this little prog called spacemonger that tells me whats taking up all the space.. Well low and behold it was a folder called Work... Its 26gb now and I dont know why it would need this much space.. My drive is a 36gb raptor so as you can see I'll run out of room fast...

Long shot NJ, but isn't there an option somewhere to 'clean up database' or something on MJ12? I don't use it that often so.... like I said... long shot.

Not a long shot at all...

Press the activity tab, below press the "cleanup data" tab, and accept....that should cleanup old files.

If it gets that big again NJ, just migrate the node. It will complete the current buckets you have downloaded, compress and upload them. Once it has finished them all, the folder should only be ~1mb after it does that. Press un-migrate node and it will start downloading work again. How many reserved buckets do you have?

If you have big enough back up log, it will happen. I've had the folder ~20gigs a couple of times. Doing what I posted above has always worked. It may also have a lot to do with your settings under crawlers, archiving, connection and misc.
