Well, I placed an order for that D-tek cpu block. Shipping cost is a rip off. After two days after I placed that order, that order didn't make any progress. I cancel it, by the time dtek gets out at slow ass ups delievers it, swiftech blocks will be out.

    They are SLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!

I called and griped that it had been two days since I placed my order and my order showed no progress- and what was up?? They upgraded me to 3 day select at no extra charge and it went out today...... I guess that means no UPS delivery till Monday

They'd be awesome if their shipping department got their head out of their a$$.

Who was it here that knows Danny?? Tell him to step up to the plate on the timely-ness of orders going out It's not like they're swamped with orders.... I made an order on 12/4 that was order # 6379..... then on the 30th I made another order... that was # 6389. A paltry 10 orders in 26 days. They should be shipping orders out the day BEFORE they are placed!!

My order was 6393 so if you placed yours before me, It would mean that they don't get many orders and should be able to handle orders at ease

Interesting thing about shipping, waterblock doesn't weigh more than 2lbs and shipping comes out like this ups ground $11, ups 3 day select $16. For $16 I can get case shipped from newegg with ups 3 day select.

We're pretty much in agreement here..... slow shipping- and EXPENSIVE shipping.

I do if you can ship to Australia don't fancy paying US$47 for USPS when I know that global express for that block wouldn't exceed $20. Going to use it in a chiller project

This placement screws up everthing . As flow will always follow to path of least resistances. In other words the port you can see will cause the rest of the block to perform less effiently and the Swirl or Vortec effect will be lost.

Its to bad its an easy fix . But the fix has been patented. There is however another way to get the effect that D-tek was after . For a small fee I could help them.
Oh i see. So u think a 4-2-1 system would be better?
each of the four outlets is smaller than the main outlet so some water will flow through the other holes and i think that is just enough. maybe u can compensate a bit by makin the outlet on the other side larger than the one directly under the fitting?

Really interested to see the underside of the delrin top, since like many have said the pictures show quite a bit of potentially wasted efficiency.

Well, i'm waiting to see some posts about performances.
I suppose it could perform better than the MP05 only with a quad core, if u have a DC cpu with an MP05...save u're money!!

    @ Turtle1

I told exactly the same to a friend of mine, when i saw the block for the first time!
