    Yes, this is true. 8MHz at those speeds are worth about .02 secs, which would make a ranking difference. It still is a great time for 500MHz 1:1.

    I've been letting before sit up there with 3.6MHz too much just because I know he'd have tops regardless, but its probably about time he rebenches a notch lower as well just for the sake of propriety.

    LOL, not engraves, in any way it was a fast benchs under XP, I would test later with my new 6600 and my Quad GT volt vmod and under 2k3 with the councils of Before and Learn for the optis

    It won't, SuperPI with Conroe setup is all about memspeed, timings seem to be less important.

    to play with 2 on 965 is very very hard, even if u make it, it would be probably slower than before's result.

    I think a 680i running 444x9 with really tight subtimings would show these upity Intel boards a thing or two

    3-3-2-3-1T-3-12-3-5-3-3.9

    should do it fine I think.

    Also, the top 3 placings in the table on the first page are not under 4Ghz and so should be removed. They can resubmit below 4Ghz or have their own 4Ghz+ SuperPi thread. In the current climate I think rulez is rulez.

    That's my opinion on the matter, it's your thread though.
