    Angry Z-560 + 8RDA+ = 2 speakers. Help me.

I am using the soundstorm audio on my 8RDA+ but i can only ge 2 of the 4 speakers on my Z-560s to work. I have the Front speakers plugged into the green port and the rear plugged into the blue prot. I setup it up with the wizard in the nforce control pannel so that the line in (blue) changes to the rear output. Only my front right and left rear work. I know its not the speakers or the speaker cables because it if i switch the plugs around, then the opposite speakers work (font left/rear right). What is going on here? How can i fix this?!

PS: I posted this here instead of gen hardware beacause i know its not the speakers and is the MB or drivers or MB settings so please dont move this.

i had the same problem when i bought the inspire 5.1 but returned them back to bestbuy and got something else. i was told that their may be a feature on your motherboard so i would check the motherboard manual.

    I think the A7N8X (Non-Deluxe) doesnt have 5.1 sound, only 2 channel.

    6-Channel Audio
The A7N8X uses an onboard RealtekĀ® ALC650 audio CODEC that lets you enjoy high-quality 6-channel audio without having to buy advanced sound cards

    Volcom,
Yeah, I forgot the A7N8X does have 6 channel, it just doesnt use nVIDIAs software. I guess you'll have to download the software from ASUS, although I really have no idea how you would use it.

    xxORBxx,
No idea, sorry . I dont think I've ever heard of the sound getting fried from OCing, but I suppose its possible.

I had a buddy with a similiar problem with the sound... I think it wasn't playing from the left front. Turned out to be a jumper setting on the mobo that will play the left front through the system speaker if not jumpered. Check yer manual..... I bet it's the jumpers.

naw I had that problem exactly with my 8rda+ and 560's. Just do the speaker setup a couple times correctly and it should work. Make sure you don't have digital speakers enabled anywhere as they're only anolog speakers. Just go throught the set-up and check the right boxs. Make sure anolog connection that is the key. Good luck.
