i have the same stepping as yours, so far i am 100% stable 8 hours at 3770mhz.

vcore 1.45v
vmch 1.625v
vfsb 1.325v
vdimm 2.0v




As you may have notice, my load temps are starting to be a bit hot, the L6XXB stepped cpu are known for being really hot around and over 1.45v. I am on air cooling so with water you may use 1.6v but it would be the maximum i would use, im pretty sure your temp are reaching 65c load.

So anyway, youre overclock at 4ghz seems really unstable if it shutdows while priming. It is maybe because you are also reaching crazy temps and it safely shut down itself. When im at 1.5vcore i reached 75c while priming for 10 seconds and i stopped it.

I will continue to do my test, i am aiming for a 3850mhz 8hr + orthos stable under 1.5v around 70c load and a 4ghz + for benching at 1.5 - 1.55v
