    Download CPU-Z
it shows memory frequency and timings

    freaky

    hmm freaky

well your WCPUID shows that FSB is 207,61Mhz.
Now I think that you are running 1:1 memory frequency
giving you a DDR of 415mhz as Wcpuid states.

    What mainboard are u using?
Doesn't it state @post what memoryfrequency you are running??

your FSB being 207mhz means that your RAM is running at an effective 415mhz...

that's how DDR works on AMD systems... your actual RAM speed is double of your FSB...

    Yes!

Look in the bios and see if the CPU FSB/DRAM ratio is 3/3, 4/4, 5/5, or 6/6. These are all the same and mean 1:1. Anything else is bad, the NF2 takes a big performance hit when the memory is run out of sync.

Sorry, on your board it's called Memory Frequency and should be set to Sync.

Look in the manual, Advanced Chipset Features, page 2-16.

Depends on what kind of mobo he has. My Epox 8RDA states them in terms of percentages. So the "100%" setting is the same as "synch" or 6/6, or similar settings. Also, the resulting memory frequency is shown right there on the same page in the bios as you change that particular setting.

I beleive my 8RDA said "Sync" awhile ago, but since then (BIOS updates) its changed to 100%. So, it could be either .

Yeb No sync but 100% I tested the 3 dims It seems that the fist dim is stable
And whit the jumper for FSB- 333/266 that is set to Default atm what will happen if I set it down to 200FSB Will I be able to get higher stable FSB so now I am at 207FSB will I be able to get 208 stable ?

No the actual speed is same as fsb 207.x MHz
It is just that it both sends and receives data per each clockcycle, instead of doing one of does thing. That's what there are calling double data rate. Therefore the memory is double the data rate, not double the frequency. So it can transfer the same amount the data that an Sdram at 400MHz would do.
The data rate of the memory would be running at 200mhz FSB 64bit/8 = 8 => 8*200*2 = 3200 MegaBytes per second, instead of 1600MB that it would had been with memories running at 200MHz which isn't double data rate, like the old sdram. Other busses use similar technology for example the AGP bus. Which is today 8x pumped. The p4 buss is quad pumped...

And the AMD systembus is also ddr, but it comes from the serverplattform Alpha and its name is EV6 if i'm remember it correctly. So the amd systembus also has an data rate of double the bus frequency like ddr sdram memory..

Edit: i just fixed some bad spelling..
