    Question Hi guys, a request...

Hey all I have a favor to ask, hope you don't mind.

Currently the XS F@H team is in a race to 10.5 million points vs Team Phoenix Rising. They started off with being closer to the goal but our production rate was higher. Well we ran into several rough spots and our production suffered, giving them the advantage. They are going to win this challenge unless we significantly increase our points per day.

This is where the request comes in: Would you guys mind coming over to the XS F@H team and crunching with us for about 3 weeks? Of course you are welcome to stay longer but at least 3 weeks would be great.

Just so you know what we are up against, currently our 24 hour average is in the low 30K, we need to get it up to 75K to beat them now Seems impossible I know, but if nothing else we could at least significantly narrow the gap so they don't win as easily.

I and some of the others on the XS F@H team are also asking a bunch of others to join this, and if we could get a whole bunch of crunchers from rosetta, WCG, SOB, and others to crunch for F@H I think we could do pull it off.

Thanks for reading this. Please do consider it and if you have any questions feel free to head over to the F@H section and ask

If for nothing else, I'd like everyone to hop in with the F@H team during their challenge for the help the gave us in D2ol. I've put all my machines to use for the F@H team, and it would mean ALOT to me if others did the same.

To those of you that ran 64-bit linux optimized clients for R@H, F@H also has a beta 64-bit linux SMP client which is giving greater points than clients for WinXP, so hop on that.

Here is a good page about the new SMP 64-bit client:

SuSe 10.1, that's the one I haven't tried yet! I can't get the SMP client to run in Ubuntu, and FC won't install, do now I go to SuSe.

Count me in. I wasn't around when the folders helped the D2OLers... but the sentiment is noted!

    That'll be 2 x DX's at 3.1-3.2, Northwood @ 3.6, Northwood @ 3.0, and Half broken E6600

yes the VPMW, it takes Vcore bump to 1.4ish to run 2800. My favorite UPMW runs 2900 @ 1.3. Both run higher but these are 24/7 crunchers
