Doesn't allow me to toggle between the cores, stuck on core #1. So it says I am overclocked. That's why quad users tend to CPU-z 1.35.

Well, 0604 appears to fix my only two core overclock problem. All 4 now read as being OC'd.

Nothing @ all really, except that it didn't reset my overclock settings. Those were still there after flashing!

That's probably because the ColdBoot only start to take effect after a certain FSB, 350+ or 400+ (whatever it is)

I'm guessing your Quad is using a lower FSB that what you had with your previous C2D.

Yeah, that must be it. I am just keeping 266 FSB and pushing the multi.

Hello, in the web of asus it puts that support 1333 occurs from bios 702, but bios 801 does not have support 1333, know when they removed bios that support it, thanks, a greeting.

    Thanks!

With Vista and EIST enabled, the multiplier goes down to x6 when idle.
Under load the multiplier is x11.
With EIST disabled, the multiplier is always x11.
This is new since a couple of BIOS:es ago. Is it just me?

What we are allowed to choose in the bios by ASUS always needs a reality check

Be very careful with this: I think there is a mixup at ASUS.
The name of the file suggests it is for the P5WDG2-WS-PRO,
but it is found in the directory for the the P5WD64 and that is another beast.

It is also strange that after a 0701 beta they follow-up with 0803 !!

    regards, Rob
