I testet one pair of this memory.

On Asus P5B Deluxe (bios 0714) I could run DDR2-964 with 4-4-3-8 and 2.25 volt (stable through superpi 32m).

On Foxconn C51XEM2AA I could run DDR2-1060 with 5-5-5-15 and 2.17 volt or DDR2-908 with 4-4-3-8 and 2.17 volt (stable through memtest).

On AM2-platform I canīt use 1t and/or could get better timings than 4-4-3-5 with 2.17 volt.

With D9GMH you can go above 1k Cas4 but voltage range from 2.3-2.5 depends on your module and what mobo your are using

I never tried higher voltages than 2.25 volt. Because itīs not my memory. I think on c2d I can reach DDR2-1000 with 4-4-3-8 at 2.3-2.35 volt. Should be really easy with my kit.

I got mine tested... I'm quite disapointed.

I get BSOD at any voltage higher than 2.2V Timings doesn't care... I just have to keep 2.2V.

Mine can't do 4-3-3 at DDR2 800, so max agresive timings are the default ones, 4-4-3. At 4-4-3 it has rised to 460Mhz 2.2V, anything above 460Mhz needed Cas 5-5-5. I tried 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 adn 2.6V to try 270 at 4-4-3 but always got a BSOD (only with the supertalent, i have another kit of mushkin pc6400 D9GMH which likes 2.65V). And at cas 5-5-5 it even does 480Mhz... just about 475Mhz.

This is on a Abit AW9D-MAX, tried 4:5 and 2:3 dividir if it helps but nothing, same results.

As i have said, quite dissapointed...

    PD: The mushkin does 440Mhz Cas 4-3-3 2.65V, 486Mhz Cas 4-4-3 2.45V and only 492Mhz at 5-5-5 2.4V. I may be doing something wrong
PD2: It's the blue heatsinks one and they are week 45 of 2006.

My super talent didnt work that well on the AW9D-max either..on the P5B DELUXE i had 4-4-4-12 on 500mhz with the 4/5 divider.
I upped the volts to try and achieve that again but my RAM eventually borked(on the Abit).

I've just noticed that not all chips have the same "serial" written. There are chips with:

    SY010403PEBPC (most of them)

But there are some others than have:

    S0116802PEBPD

    Written into it.

What is this suposed to be ? Is supertalent using different chips in the same stick ? And does someone have any information about those remarked chips ?

    just got my kit yesterday.

cpu-z shows them as pc5300... but run fine at 420 4-4-4-12. i haven't tweaked yet but they should hopefully get up to 500! Anyone know if week 31 happens to be d9gkx still? i'm guessing not but just wanted to ask

Does anybody have an update on this RAM?

It's the only POTENTIAL D9GMH I can buy here in Hong Kong. G.Skill's are out of stock indefinitely. Corsairs are now Promos, and Patriot are now Elpida. Can't buy Crucial, Buffalo, OCZ or TeamGroup out here.

That leaves SuperTalent - THESE EXACT MODELS: T800UX2GC5/T800UX2GC4

EDIT: If someone would be willing to help a person like me in a rather unfortunate ram position, please drop a PM my way. If these Super Talent turn out to be Elpida chips or something, I'm in dire need of a middle man in the US who can pick me up some NewEgg rebated Crucial sticks then send em my way.

Iīm a reviewer of the german hardwaresite www.planet3dnow.de .

I tested 3 pairs of memory on am2 (Kingston, Corsair and Super Talent). From Super Talent I used the silver one. Sandra showed nearly 61 efficiency. More information and benchmarkresults you can see here.

On am2 and ddr2-800 I would say itīs a normal score. Always could be better, but itīs ok.

I see. Thanks for the info Maxfly. I'll go check today if they have any C4 in stock.

By C4 I assume the product code means CAS4?
