    WD Raptor 74GB 16MB vs 8MB Cache

I have one already, and want to purchase a second for RAID 0, but noticed on newegg they have a 74GB with 16MB cache and NCQ! Now I'm thinking to get two of those instead?! I assume the 16MB out performs the 8MB, but how does it compare to the new 150GB Raptors? The specs are basically identical minus the size of the drive, so...can I save $100+ and get basically the same performance as the 150GB drives? Anyone have a link to a performance review?

I have been reading that the new versions of the smaller 74gb and 36gb are theoretically a touch faster than the 150gb version. I'll search for the thread I was reading... I think it was on ocforums.com

I like the 74GB/16MB alot. I think they are worth more in a pair than buying 1 150GB version. I believe newegg has them on sale for like 140 after rebate. Here are my results in raid0 with them.
