    ** Help needed ** CellShock DDR

    Did post this else where on XS but was the wrong place i think.

    I have recently bought some Cellshock pc4000 ram to go with my opty144 i have @ 290x9 (2.6ghz)

    I bought this cell shock because i was looking at the DDR2 cellshock reviews and results and they were amazing!! so i bough me some of there DDR for my system.

    Basically im stuck on overclocking them. Stock they are 500mhz @ 2.5v 3,4,4,8. Im stuck at 260mhz max! thats only 10mhz more tha stock. Any help?

    At the moment i have only been able to acheive a 10mhz overclock! :?

    Very confused as i think this ram is e tbh. Though i must be doing something wrong, i just must be!

    260 @ 3,4,4,8 1T stock volts
    It can boot into windows @ 270 with 3,5,5,9 2T @ 2.8v even i must be a tard

    +20mhz without tuning timings, all automatic in bios except std timings 3/4/4/7.
    In BIOS : ram @ 2,5v and cpu @ vAuto

    Hmmm, that SPD is similar to the G.Skill HZ DDR sticks, which were TCCD I think. The trick with them is less vdimm. I run mine 270 MHz 3-4-4-8 2.6v (rated 2.8v) with my x2 4600; give it a try.

    My bad, the HZ is Samsung UCCC too. Good sticks tho, still use them. Yeah, looked familiar.
