I am at a loss here. I finally got my chilly1 unit back and I need to test it out before I decide whether I can afford to keep it or not.

Anyway, I tore down my main rig which is based around an asus A8N32-SLI and an AMD x2 4200+ (ldbhe 0606 - supposed to have no cold bug), insulated everything, mounted the evap, and when the evap hit -50C I started it up. Not surprisingly it didn't post. I figured it was the typical cold bug and proceeded to experiment some more. To my dismay, the computer just plain doesn't post at all on phase change, no matter if -10C or -50C.

I have a friend coming over tonight with an operton 146 to test, but for some reason I have a feeling that it's the motherboard's problem. I tried resetting the bios and all of the usual stuff, but still can't shake the feeling. The system is as follows:

Chilly1 modified Mach 1 -50C
AMD X2 4200 ldbhe 0606tpmw
asus a8n32-sli
MSI 7950GX2
1GB corsair XMS, 2GB corsair value (tried each individual stick in each individual slot and still no cigar)

Anyone have any clue what's going on?
