That's cool, temporarily you can view the cached page on google.

Alright, as promised the DDR2 RAM List is back online.
It's been a hell of a ride to get it up again, and I'm still working on the DDR and Micron DDR2 IC Info page.
Again my apologies for any inconvenience. I hate it when other sites go offline and now have to cope with it myself.
Kind regards.
Thanks r00n. I wish someone would know what chips would be on my corsair 5400c4 ddr675 rev7.2... It are 10x10MM chips, I can see for the side..
Nice r00n
I am glad that the list is back

Out of these two, which would you go with? The 1st kit is rated at 4-4-4 and according to the ram list uses mosel chips. The second kit is rated at 5-5-5 and not on the ram list but through the forums i've heard that it's Elpida chips.

@kemo6600,
I just read that, yes. I never heard of PSC? Any of you? I saw the last guy had 475mhz @ cl4 2.3v Any idea whats the max voltage for PSC chips are?
Btw, I'm not sure if that was my part number, I already requested them earlyer and he couldn't find anything. I guess i'll remove a heatspreader and find out...
At the other guys who also have rev 7.2, are your chips 10x10mm too? You can check on the side of the ram and then measure.

Yes. PSC stands for Powerchip Semiconductor Corp.Originally Posted by .devastatioN

Only thing to keep in mind is that some ICs will get unstable when using higher voltages.
In the end it all comes down to trial and error.
Despite the fact that it will probably be PSC, let me know what's underneath.Btw, I'm not sure if that was my part number, I already requested them earlyer and he couldn't find anything. I guess i'll remove a heatspreader and find out...
under cellschock it says: CS2111041 / CS2221041 what does that mean? is it only those that use the D9gmh, or do all the cell chock use those (besides the D9GKX )
oh and wich isbetter D9GKX or D9Gmh?
really that list is awsome. thank you for doing it
GKX is better than GMH(slightly)
If you got PC8000 C4 then it is 100% GKX otherwise it could be GMH or GKX

I opened one side, but it there's just a corsair logo under it and some text, nothing I can use to indentify IC's. They'll do Cas4-4-4-12 at 400, 1.95v- 2v, for me, so I'm happy. Btw, we live in the same country
As I say... 6400C4D v1.1 - it's Micron D9.Originally Posted by kemo6600

.inimitable.
for remarked chips best way beside their size, is to look at the size and the location of the dot in the corner and try finding pics of various chips and compare......of the top of my head (i couold be wrong), micron has a "bigger" dot in the corner, psc also bigger a little bit further in, infenion has a smaller dot, elpida -e6 has a bigg dot in one corrner and two small dots in other two corrners, etc.....Originally Posted by .devastatioN

Here are some pictures for DDR2 (I think somebody asked for this in a earlier post). Hope this helps:

Btw: G.skill PC2-6400 NR and PK 2x 1GB sets use PSC (F2-6400PHU2-2GBNR and F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK). Well at least the last NR and PKs I used where PSC.

I was wondering if anyone knew what type of memory i have...ie micron or not. I have Corsair XMS 6400 C5 V5.1. I was able to get them to 4-4-4-12 ddr2 800 @ 1.9v and i am currently running them at ddr2 1000, 5-5-5-12 with 2.1 volts. I have yet to see how high they will go, i just wanted alittle input as to what they may be. This is my first set of DDR2 memory and have plenty to learn. Also, great thread, lot of good info here!

Very nice list r00n... I find myself hitting that URL several times a day.
I have these two sets that are posted on http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=44365
2GB 2x CM2X1024-8500C5D XMS8505v1.2 0643100-3 = Micron, 64Mx8 800 CL5 Rev D
2GB 2x CM2X1024-8500C5D XMS8505v1.2 0648081-2 = Micron, 64Mx8 800 CL5 Rev D
It is my understanding these are Micron D9GKX (B6-25E) Handpicked
As it appears there quite a few other PC8500C5D DOMINATOR's on the list have the same IC's.
I just think it would be nice to add this to here http://ramlist.ath.cx/ddr2/
It currently states these are only Micron D9GMH (B6-3) Handpicked
I know it was said that RAM GUY has this covered as he definitly does, but the ramlist is easier to read and people refer to this list in many different forums.
I don't think I have to take dominators apart to confirm. Being RAM GUY is the man...
I currently have these at 726MHz w/ 3-3-3-9-12 1:1 w/ CPU at 3.267GHz w/ FSB at 363MHz.
Need new PSU to push it. This is with stock voltage minus DRAM which is 2.2v any more at this point will void my warranty. I am sure these will do 800MHz cas3 with 2.4 as the PC6400C3DF DOMINATOR 3.0-4-3-9 @ 2.4V which would put my computer in a nice place CPU at 3.6GHz with FSB at 400MHz.

Waiting to put other 2GB of DOMINATOR PC2-8500 in when nVidia finally puts out Vista 8800 drivers so I can install my Vista Ultimate 64bit.
