One general webpage is more accessible for anyone, anywhere. This is the main reason I started the lists in the first place.
Combined with the fact that the page is already there a sticky offers no advantages.
Post a module that is missing in my lists and it will be up there in no time.

First off, nice work with the list.

The above ram might be d9 but it is definately not D9GKX. Newegg claims that the ram they are selling is 4-4-4-12 but the product model number is FSX1066D2C-K1G which is 5-5-5-15. The firestix confirmed to be D9GKX are model number FSX1066D2B-K1G according to this review. http://www.virtual-hideout.net/revie...00/index.shtml

Also in regards to what you said about the corsair memory. Do you mean only the Dominator 8888 memory is D9GKX or does that incluse the Dominator 8500 also?

The product Newegg is selling is FSX800D2C-K2G when I click the aforementioned link.
    That P/N indeed has 5-5-5 @ 2.1V, so it could be D9GMH.

I have no idea where you see FSX1066D2B-K1G, but on that page it says FSX800D2B-K2G 4-4-4 @ 2.1V, which have D9GKX.
    Newegg's FSX800D2C-K2G are newer than FSX800D2B-K2G.

I never said Dominator uses D9GKX but yes, all Dominators have the same handpicked ICs.

Good question. Looks like D9GCT to me, the -37 part suggests 266MHz (3,7ns) binned ICs.

    @r00n

I posted in corsairs IC thread about my kit of 5400C4's they do DDR2-1000 5-5-5-15. Anyway the repsonse I got was

    CM2X512-5400C4 5402V5.7 0628135-2 = Micron-ST, 64Mx8, DDR2-667, CL4, Rev D

I don't see Micron-ST on your micron page. I removed one spreader but it doesn't have the 3 letter code. Any ideas?

    Those might be Nanya.
I have checked one pair of those modules and they definitely weren´t Micron.

It is easy to tell what is Micron and what isn´t if you can see the side of the IC.

    It's still Rev. D so it's simply D9.

Is there anything else on the ICs? Can you post a picture?

Nanya on OCZ? An extremely rare combination.
On the other hand, I have no idea what it could be...

What was on the ICs you took a look at?

    Hynix only offers Y4 and C4, but since it's DDR533 it must be C4 (Y4 is DDR667).

Always hard to tell on ValueSelect DIMMs. In most cases not even Corsair knows the exact type used.

Thanks, I updated the pic to show sticks before I removed the spreader on one. They are nothing spetacular, but I only paid $89 for 'em and they did DDR2-1000 memtest stable for over 8 hours I've got some 800UL's on the way from newegg

Kingston Value ram 667 1gb with relabeled PCS chips, there is pics in the thread i posted in a while ago with model number on the box and stick and how the ICs look

    http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...2&postcount=46

there are also pics of corsair value that uses those and the chips when they are not relabeled, there also some results

for anyone that is interested in value ram the PCS chips arent bad at all, my 1gb x 2 do about (dual windows memtest) 475mhz 4-4-4-12 with 2.4v and i tested up to 550ish with same voltage and 5-5-5-15......24/7 i run them at 400 4-4-4-12 2v they could probably do 3-4-4-12 at same voltage i just never bothered to test, i also never really tested their max, or their optimal settings......

I also tested Kingston 533 1gb but they werent even close to the 667 ones, might be thoug cause they had 4 different production weeks and few different batch numbers on only 2 sticks so were probably bottom of the barrel sticks

Those PCS chips are also found on (that i know of) Corsair Value, and TakeMS ram (i saw on some forum that TakeMS only uses the PCS chips)

    .................................................. .................................................

on Kingston Value 667 i also saw Hynix chips, but dont know the IC markings

and i had Kingston Value 667 2x512 with Elpida 6e chips

ok here is the Samsung 2gb Kit i have

    Samsung - 1GB 2Rx8 PC2-5300U-555-12-E3
    M378T2953CZ3-CE6
    build date of Feb/06

thats what it says on each sticker on each stick.

    the ram chips say

    SEC 549ZCE6
    K4T510830C

they are rated for 667 5-5-5-15 but do 800 4-4-4-12 with 2.0v maybe 2.1 but i dont recall.
the chips dont get nearly as warm as my gskill HZ's at the same speed and voltage. another reason to remove heatspreaders from ram. lol.

i assume since they are samsung ram they are using some crappy samsung IC's

anyone wanna take a stab at this ?

Yep, that is Samsung ZCE6. You won't find anything else but Samsung ICs on their modules.
SEC is an electronics subgroup of Samsung.

Always check the IC Inquiry thread at HoH for Corsair modules.
There are five different PC6400C4 DIMMs listed in their DDR2 section, three of which have Micron D9, two of them Promos.
So unless you know the exact P/N the thread and I can't help you.

You mean PSC, which stands for Powerchip Semiconductor Corp.
Anyway, you've gotten some nice clocks out of them. They're known to overclock like a large brick at 0 Kelvin.
