    FX-55 heat problems

I just swaped my 3800+(Newcastle) for a FX-55(clawhammer) and my temps are goin up to 50C. I'm using AS5 and a Thermalright XP-120. I know it takes a while for AS5 to set but these are really high temps and I've reapplied it twice now. Is the Clawhammer just really hot or am I doing something wrong. Right now I have an idle temp of 33C when my system temp is at 20C (yes you did read that right and no it's not a faulty reading). Thanks in advance.

50c isnt too bad is it? I would be happy with anything under 55c load. the fact that you are running 2.8ghz I would expect it to get somewhat hot.

Are you overclocking this thing? running stock 1.35v?

The FX-55 runs @2.6GHz also compared to my old temps I would consider it very high. Check my sig, 40C load max and thats on a very hot day. in winter as low as 33C load. I'm going to reapply one more time to see what happens.
