Max Safe Vdimm for this kit???

Can any Gskill Tech tell me wich is the max safe voltage for this kit?

And, if possible, maybe tell if they are Micron d9 chips, as I don't want to remove the spreaders, and can't find detailled info about them anywhere (as opossed to 2gb kits, wich are obviously more popular these days)

    Thanks in advance.

    José

EDIT: maybe posting the link to the product helps (sorry)
