Opteron 165 steppings question - what is good?

I'm looking at upgrading my 3700+ to an opteron, I found this one on ebay with this stepping.

    CCBWE 0604TPMW

I've heard some say that CCBWE is bad, some say good. I'm confused so I'm coming here to ask. If that is not a good stepping can someone point me to what is good?

I do not care about coldbugs, I'm going to be using air and later on water. Good clocks are what matter. (I've heard that some steppings run cooler than others so cooler running is a plus).

    Thanks!

By the way, don't anyone tell me to go C2D because I won't

    *EDIT*
I have an opty 165 CCBBE 0617FPMW coming my way! Will let you know how it goes
I think I'm going to be ram limited though, my G.Skill doesn't do much more than stock, though I suppose I could be doing something wrong which is pretty likely (I'm no pro overclocker, especially with ram)

CCBBE 0610 DPMW/EPMW looks like the new hot one.

It depends on the week too.

GL on the bid. Just to let you know. I have yet to see a ccbbe 0617 fpmw do 3ghz on air so, don't expect it. I've tried up to 1.55v and not 12hour prime stable.

Thanks for the heads-up, the sticky shows some that have gotten there so maybe if I get this chip and once I get water I'll get lucky If not that's OK too, 2.8GHz is more what I was aiming for. But the OC'ing is a gamble so for all I know it might suck and get to only 2GHz

I suppose that opterons have the multis locked as well, and only the FX isn't locked?
