    KX7 beats NF7-S 2.0 in single channel!

KX7 at 200fsb on maxed timings and normal cpu decode scored 1221/1315 in sandras unbuffered test. Thats 2/5/2 cas2, 1t, enhance on.

    NF7-S 2.0 at 200fsb, 5/2/2/2 scores 1158/1257 with the same cpu speed.

    NF7-S 2.0 on maxed timings and 222fsb scores 1278/1407.

so the KX7 beats the NF7-S significantly in the single channel tests!!

isnt that inside the margin of error?

    could be several variables...which drivers/bios/etc

Please be more descriptive so we can get an idea of exactly how the test was performed with all variables mentioned
    w00t .... =/

If you turn the onboard sound and NIC off, you will get a fair bit better score.

errrm why? that stuffs all controlled by the southbridge which has nothing to do with memory?

the sound and firewire is off anyway only the nic is on.

inside the margin of error? for an unbuffered test thats a huge difference. they were obviously both run under as close to same conditions as possible using the same o/s and programs, same cpu, same cpu speed.
