Depends......if you want PCI-slots...then the Asus, if you want a better board and can live with 1 or even 0 (in crossifre), then the Abit rocks!!
im looking for best performance... the issue with the pci slots doesnt play a factor..
I justed went from Asus DH to Abit Aw9D max. And Abit is the better choice for stability and oc.
