I shut down the GPU client after 3 WUs to get my CPU folding again, although I'm seeing that it takes a couple days for 400 points from my CPU... only 24 hours for about the same number with the GPU. I might just disable the CPU client again and use the GPU.

And the user stopping from folding ever again. Thats a way to get people to participate The results get checked and verified I don't understand not being open source like seti is.Originally Posted by pythagoras

A couple of days for 400 points? I've been getting 500-750 ppd per core off my x6700. I stopped running the GPU client because it was only about 225ppd on an x1800xt. That machine does 2/3 of my work and I was seeing over 10000 points per week recently. I'd definately run the GPU client if I could use the CPU core.Originally Posted by SparkyJJO

I'll be going in with an x1900xt sometime, just picked one up in the FS forum.
