Is 1:1 better for gaming than 4:5,2:3 ?

I've seen a couple of people recommend to go 1:1 but what is really best for gaming? I thought a higher memory speed would be more beneficial than having the cpu/ram sync'ed but if I really knew then I wouldn't be asking

i've been tested 1:1 vs 2:3 on 3dmark01se with P5B deluxe. 2:3 won with over 1000points diffrent

2:3 is better if your board will run it, Two conroe cores need pure bandwith, and timings are just meaningless after a certian speed.

Go run dual 32m and compare the times
