    WR CAS4 and CAS5 on Geil PC8500 - OCM - First memory reaching 700MHz

    Hello,

P5B Dlx Wifi BIOS 0614 VDDr modded
    E6600 Step 6b2
    2x512 Geil PC8500 C5 Dual Spec cooled by 80mm fan 2.8V
Memory not pretested, fairly bought, not lended by brand manufacturer.
Very old XP Pro SP1 no tweak

    WR CAS 4 SINGLE CHANNEL 687MHz = DDR2-1374

    Validation

    WR CAS 5 SINGLE CHANNEL 710MHz = DDR2-1420

    Validation

Other results (dual channel, cas3, 4-4-3- and validation) on OCM. I have a huge chipset issue since my dual chanel results are very close between 4-4-3-12 and 5-6-6-18...
    Keep tuned

... so WC and high Volt the chipset you should ...

Yeah 700+ is truly insane, but nothin better than improving your own WR

    Congratz man, honestly ..
Sometimes a good slap in the face is all you need

    No improvment since Vmch mod...
    1.65V Bios = 1.56V REel.
I tried 1.65V, 1.72V and 1.8V and max 2-4MHz better than my previous scores.
    I don't understand why
