Here's the thing - some time ago I bought two sticks of twinmos twister DDR800 CL5 2x1GB. They are claimed to be based on Powerchip ICs just like
and
One of the reviews I've found has confirmed that. They can do 4-4-4-12 1.8V DDR800 without any problems. Yet, I can't find nay datasheet that would say how much voltage I can give them before they burn. I know they can work with 2.3V (for testing) ~DDR950 4-4-4-12, but I'm not sure if I can give more. DDR1000 is tempting Yet, I'm not so extreme as to risk so much without somebody elese's experience Any experience with any PSC DDR2 chips when it comes to voltage/MHz?
