    How I can find my memory IC (chip) manufacturer

    I look at my TwinMos DDR2-5300 and i cant find my memory IC (chip) manufacturer every chips labeled with TwinMos Logo and SOME SERIALs!!
    How I can find my memory IC (chip) manufacturer??

    not 100% sure, but the memory tab in cpuz (download it from www.cpuid.com) gives some specific info about your chips. I remember it showing infineon on my old kingstons.

    if not you could try corsair (the manufacturer's) website for the info.
