Post Modded bios for GigaByte DS3

People. Tell please whether probably to modify BIOS on MB GigaByte GA-965P-DS3
To put a multiplier of memory allowable not 2.00, and 1.00? Whether it is possible?
    And how it to make?

I think it''s not possible with a BIOS hack/edit. Because the P965 only can run 1:1 dividers and higher, not downgrade.

Then probably I only need to change Ram.
Because it is more than 780Mhz Corsair VS 667MHz can not receive at 1:1
