My Infineon 3ns mem on my 9800 NP will only do about 330 max. But that's pretty damn good for a 9500.

Take a look at the memory speed... Not bad for a 9500Pro w/3nS Infineons.

Vmod and cool air, no sinks. My Sapphire 9500np with 3.3nS Infineons did 331 with Vmod and sinks.

Jeff, how much voltage are you putting to the memory with the mod? And you did the vmod to the GPU also? What were you getting before the vmods on each?

Vgpu getting around 1.85v and the memory around 3.2v to 3.3v. And I never ran this card stock so I'm not sure what it would have done unmod'd.

Hmmmm....seems like alot on the mem. How long do you think it will last? And you never checked it out before vmodding?

I can't stand doing mods w/o a baseline to see if/how much it really helped (although I sometime end up disappointed that way).

a lot on the mem??? dunno if theres SUCH a big difference between bga nad tsop... i know a bunch of people who were running 4V through their tsop memory without any probs... def voltage of most tsop memory chips is 3.3 or even 3.5(etrontech)
