Thread: how bad is the onboard on a Gigabyte DS3?

    how bad is the onboard on a Gigabyte DS3?

    I'm wondering if I can tought it out and just keep this for awhile, or if I should at least upgrade to some thing from the ZS line?
    Current Setup:
    -9850 GX2's in Quad SLI config
    -Asus P5N32-SLI MB
    -2x512mb of PC2-5300 DDR2
    -Intel Celeron D OC'd to 3.2Ghz
    -Windows Me with XP theme
    -WD Caviar 20GB Hard Drive
    -Zip drive
    -Jazz drive
    -3.5" floppy drive
    -5.25" floppy drive

    IT really depends, if you are ok with what you have, stick with it. Its like everything else with electronics, once you hear/see/use the next most expensive/top of the line product, you cant go back, and you end up spending a bunch. If you have money to blow, sure go for an X-fi, but if you are really ok with your onboard, stick with it.
