Fritz Benchmark is a tool inside the Fritz program..install it..go to the folder and there you can take out the Benchmark tool!

I have Deep Fritz 12 and the Fritzmark is limited to 8 threads in this version.
I have the full version Deep Rybka 4 Chessbase DVD, and the Fritzmark will use 12 threads in this version as I have posted earlier.
