well, you may never know. They are relatively the same timings as the TG PC-5300, and the TG sticks perform very well. I like the looks of these sticks too.

10 years and all they can come out with is ddr2-667 to celebrate their anniversary.

i'd want to see very... high end sticks as well

what a let down. I was quite surprised to see how little effort went into the ram itself. Yeah lets just slap on some fancy spreaders and jack the price.

I am sure the reason the speed is low is due to the fact that it's a collectors item... not a regular kit of memory. Why push out hardcore fast memory when it's obviously suited directly to collectors or Crucial fanbois?

If they released high-end memory, they would just not sell that well. We all know how much Crucial charges on their website. If these actually hit NewEgg, they would likely be less.

What's the chips on those modules???
When Mercedes brought their C111 to Talledega years ago and blew away the closed course record did it count? Yes..
That was a "factory" car and a "one of" that no one could buy and was never sold.
Records are records and that is a fact so get over it.

Maybe it's the best that you don't get the chocolate, look at the avatar in the post above you what could happen to you, it's messy.
