    E6300 & Corsair Value Select (667MHz)

The people tell, as far as it is possible overclock CPU E6300 1.86GHz with MB GigaByte GA-965P-DS3
And operative memory Corsair Value Select 2*1Gb 667MHz?

Now I could overclock this system up to such frequencies:
    E6300@2.8GHz
But I want more, really it is impossible or the operative memory prevents?

You'll probably need new RAM as there might not be anything more in your RAM, but did you try 5-5-5-15 timings.

I with pleasure would try 5-5-5-15, but I can not because BIOS F2 does not give to expose it.
F2 Gives to expose only 3-5-5-15 how to remove this problem?

You might want to upgrade your BIOS then, I think the last one on Gigabytes site is F5, you're options will be there....

Harpoon, download http://asia.giga-byte.com/MotherBoar..._gbt_@bios.exe and in windows you can flash to f5 bios ( do not use the beta )

make sure you have an internet connection so you can download the f5 final with this program.

And if I shall replace F2 on F5, whether then can I put memory to work as 5-5-5-15?

With a CD stitching is not, will to download new BIOS and stitch from floppy. Replacement on BIOS should to solve timing problems.
