    Manchester 3200+, really dual core?

I have Manchester 3200+ processor now working fine at 2600Mhz, I've seen in some pages it's a dual core with one core disabled and I am unable to view posts in this web talking obout enable the second core, when I click the link appears one dialog talking about privileges in the forum.
Is it true? Is possible to enable the second core?

There have been some cases that the second core became unlocked by accident. No way has been found to enable it yet, it's probably not possible unless those few lucky cases.
