I hit 3.15Ghz one hour Orthos stable without tweaking the VCore.
What is the recommended VCore for 3.5-3.6Ghz (preferably 3.6Ghz)
And will I have to touch the VMch at those voltages?

The only way to find out is by setting it higher slowly.
Some chips need a lot of power. Others might work with low voltage.
I would say 1.5 to 1.55 might do it. Just watch your temperatures!

400x9 for ME is 1.375 but i have an ES chip they dont need as many volts.
but 3.7ghz needs 1.437v so ..
and acording to a DMM there is only 0.01v droop BUT all windows software reports around 0.05v droop.. who to believe ? i dont know but when setting the bios for 1.375 i am 100% stable at 3.6ghz 400x9 auto everything else and vdimm at 2.1v

Yea it varies on different chip. These conroe can take a lot of vcore; I already took mine to 1.7

it took me 1.55 to get 3.51. i havent given it more than that until i go water. i guess i am a little chicken.
Totally varies on the chip. I had one that wouldn't even POST, and now this one takes only 1.455V to be stable @ 3.6GHz.
BUT, I DID have to raise VMCH to 1.6V to boot @ 400x9 stable.

I've found that it takes +100mv for every +400Mhz increase in speed. I believe the point that you need to start throwing it extra Vcore is very dependant on the specific device but I believe this rate is probably the same for most E6600s.Originally Posted by NJDevilsFan21
I wouldn't go above 1.5 Vcore. For my E6600 the sweet spot was 3.3 @ 1.475V.
