come on XSsss, show off your RAID's! [RAID DataBase]

i think that it will be very usefull to have a DB with RAID performance, from us the users, rather than 'reviewers'

right now, i'm updating my current rig, this update includes HDD's & VGA card. thus, i'll be updating my results soooon.

for those who would like to contribute to this DB, please do as the following:

    HDD's: 2x Seagate 7200.7 SATA w/ NCQ 160GB
    Controller: nForce4 Ultra nVRAID
    RAID: RAID0 - cluster: 64K / stripe: 64K

** note that this result is very old, about a year ago, but next week i'll update it with 2x WD 250GB YS

Try 16K stripe, IMO it will give noticable performance gain (especially in HDTach). Unless you use the drives for video editing.
ICH is one awesome controller, with no cache memory even it outperforms just about anything in RAID0 Too bad its limit is 6 drives, and even that is rare.

    Pic1:
    HDD: 6xRaptor (4x150,2x75)
    Controller: Promise EX8350 on A8N32 x16 slot
RAID0, 32K stripe, 4K cluster (bloody controller doesn't allow 16K stripes, that would yield even better performance).

    Pic2:
HDD:4xRaptor 150G (last 75G of each drive from above). Rest the same.
