    That's normal, don't worry about it. I have a week 24 E6400 and it's sweet spot is 3.2.. which for me is 400FSB, and everything is rock stable right there at 400FSB, but at 399, it won't boot to windows.

    I've got the g.skill HZ ram. Looks like the price on it continues to go up.
