on the chip looks like a winbond symbol, and last thing i can make out is the number 5, which makes me think ch-5 or bh-5. think i'mma pick one up for some low latency benching. anyone got the 3.2v mod for dfi nf3 250gb, cuz i think it'll come in handy.

if you search around for some hyperx kits of pc3000 / ddr370 you might get lucky.
that stuff rarely sold and was the last true bh-5 that could be found.

or you could go get some Team Xtreem Zeus model that contain very similar ic's that behave almost exactly like bh-5 and are available for almost the same price you indicate above.
the Team stuff has nice heatspreaders and you are assured of what you are getting.

i do not need a replica of bh-5, i need the real thing, not the originals that topped out early ( i.e. 245 or less ) and i have $60 only.
