"Thermodynamics is a funny subject. The first time you go through it, you don't understand it at all. The second time you go through it, you think you understand it, except for one or two points. The third time you go through it, you know you don't understand it, but by that time you are so used to that subject, it doesn't bother you anymore".

    Talking

Realtime 3D rendering & navigating around the molecule! I'm amazed, I can barely string a sentence together - but I just read from the wiki..

"A relatively cheap but modern desktop computer using, for example, a Pentium 4 or Athlon 64 CPU, typically runs at a clock frequency in excess of 2 GHz and provides computational performance in the range of a few GFLOPS. "

Is this right? And Ps3 can possibly fold in the 100Gflop range?! As of now I'm saving up, need some more ATi gpu's too. Seriously tho, this is a huge step forward for the project, its crazy. I'm doing the banana dance right now, like this to celebrate.

Well I've registered my interest in PS3 at a couple of places, so hopefully will be able to get my mitts on one sometime near the release. I found a nice montage picture of PS3, from various angles - http://www.maxconsole.net/content_im...s3hardware.jpg Looks like the ventilation is decent enough too, mine will need it
