why did you delete your post and then repost it, my post now looks totally out of place and I will be forced to repost my post again here?

I do feel you have a good enough answer now and we are doing nothing different then any other ram manufacturer.

My response to you which now i have to repost here

Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

I didn't repost it, probably the moderator did - your erased post appeared somehow as well ... deleted mine again.
I completely disagree with you regarding other manufacturers though, just look at those results, for example:
    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=329903
I was not expecting to have such results from the OCZ DDR3-1600 memory, of course, but at least it had to work at the standard advertised settings.

I will post my Ballistix DDR3-2000 results a bit later, as soon as I will receive the memory. Want me to post here the Lavalys Everest read-write-copy results for DDR3 OCZ DDR3-1600 comparing to Balistix DDR2 PC 6400 as well?

Let me show you what Crucial use for their DDR3 2000 modules, these are the same IC's we use and Corsair use and Cellshock use.

    http://www.micron.com/products/partd...1J128M8HX-187E

you will note this is 1333 spec 128x8IC,s that are re speed binned for 1600 or 1800 or 2000 MHZ use.

Also here is the current shipping list for all micron ddr3...i don't see a 1600mhz part there

I don't care if it is speed binned or which chips it uses if it will work stable at the advertised settings and give me better read-write-copy results with comparable latency to my old "updated" PC-6400 ... that's it. Ahh, yes - I want it in a linked sync mode, please.
    Does it make sense?

Tony, and you tell me they use the same modules as you do for their memory? Just look at this picture - I haven't seriously over-clocked the CPU, it runs on AC instead of WC yet, while I am waiting for a new WC case. This is a memory, which runs absolutely stable at 8-8-8-24-1T@2000Mhz, still in the safe voltage limit at 2.0V being cold enough.
I couldn't run OCZ modules (DDR3-1600 ones) stable at 1600MHz even at 8-8-8-24-2T@1.95V ... how can the same chips perform SO DIFFERENTLY, what does Crucial use in it's memory modules, a magic dust or shaman's dances?

Played with DDR3-2000 it just a little bit and I am impressed - still the same 2.0V and rock stable 8-7-6-20-1T@2000MHz ...

Gmcg....you needed to have an RMA...that is all. I have the same memory here and yes, I can run it near DDR3-2000.

The kit you received was substandard...do not judge that every kit of the memory you had will not reach the rated timings. It is that simple. OCZ has a lifetime warranty, all you had to do was give us the information and we would have replaced the kit.

Based on what you have posted, you are stating that there is no way the OCZ would perform to rated speeds. We guarantee them too, which is why you should have let us know and we would have made it right. Saying that no OCZ 1600 kit will run its rated timings is just not true, but that is what you seem to be stating simply because some other kit you bought clocks where it should.

Makes sense. I was disappointed because of the response on newegg website, which is deleted there anyway.

I should definitely be talking about my particular kit, and I didn't mean all OCZ modules, some of them are awesome and the one I tried was just a basic inexpensive one.

Also now I understand that it might be not your module's problem, but 790i Ultra SLI's problem, because plenty of people report similar issues with Corsair memory, Patriot memory, etc.
