    'Golden' Case fan?

it's big(120mm) it's ugly(or at the ver least orange, might want to call it gold, but w/e I know how to use spray paint....) it's cheap... and it almost over 50CFM at 28DB for $4

does that sound good or anyone have a better idea for a somewhat cheap case-fan?

it looks damn good compared to this scythe given the fact it costs 1/3rd as much http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185006

    are they priced the same?

and hwo well do they work for you. are they seemingly under/overrated?

EDIT:nvm just found the link to the black one... seems nice... now I dont' need spraypaint nor the need to worry about messing the fan up any....

    again, any ntoe about performance?

They pretty quiet at 7V and at 5V you will never hear them. 12V they move a pretty good amount of air for the noise they make. I bought nexus fans though as they move a little less air and just that bit quieter also. Also I had the organge ones and they just looked bad

Fluid bearing for the win !

(I have no real input, but those yateloons look like good fans for what you describe)

Ask about the Yates in the W/C section and you'll definitely know you found the right fan!

Great fans. The Nexus 120 mm (rebadged Yate Loons at slightly lower RPM) are probably the best fans for quiet/near silent computing. I've got two of those Nexus fans in my P180 right now

Look at the Sanyo Denki 120mmx38mm if you need a higher flowing case fan

    Mine are silent @ 7v.
