lol. anyway, I am uploading my submission as i type this... as previously stated I have a crap connection....... so unknown time..... grr..... if it doesnt work, i will upload it from class in 6 hours... hopefully that isn't passed the deadline....

Alright... so apparently 97% was apparently enough... well atleast for me anway.... if it doesnt work... or looks wierd... I will redo it later....

I don't have the time anymore to make a second banner or to fix the first one I have due to some family business that I prefer not to talk about on a public forum. So when judging my banner, don't take the artifacts in account please. If you really persist I am willing to redue them, but I don't really think that would be necessairy anyway.
Sorry if I seem lazy, I'm not.

It shouldn't artifact like that unless the gif is currupt which can only happen if your HDD you uploaded it from is corrupt to/got corrupted during rendering :s

It artifacts like that because my hardware gives artifacts and I used printscreen twice.

i think the competition will end on the 24th.
today it's the 22nd. 8:15 PM CST for me.
i think it's the 23rd, 3:15 AM for entity racer.

The 24th is when I ends if I am not mistaken, GMT, so as of right now it is over with I think....10:22PM PST right now so I think that GMT is 12:22AM. Could be wrong though.
