    $100 budget for E6300 mobo?

    hi guys,

    what do you think is the best mobo for my $100? this is all my budget right now, so please dont suggest anything higher.

    outta those id most likely go msi(great track record for me)
    but we dont really know how these lower ones oc
    if i remember though the asrock didnt do too well like 325fsb maybe
    do you plan to oc at all, if so i would really suggest wait till next paycheck and get the ds3
    if not either board should be fine and stable
    think there might be another board or 2 out there

    ds3-s3 gigabyte if you look around is about $115.

    I heard i965 chipset is better for overclocking Allendales, and 975X is better for Conroes (2mb cache = allendale, 4mb cache = conroe)

    look at this Gigabyte GA-945P-S3 for $103 shipped, i wonder how this mobo's performance compared to the DS3 ..
