    Just ordered some 2GBNQ.
Had good experiences with gskill in the past, figured id give em another run.
Plan on using with asus p5b-e. Any chance you could test it? ive not seen much on the gbnq anywhere. If i need to grab some cheap stuff to boot with lemme know so i can get it.
Stock is listed as cas5 @ 1.8v, if i can get cas 4 at 2.0v ill be happy.

Just say that pk+ds4 are compatible with F6.Also overclockable up to 480mhz(prime stable) with 4 etc. Voltage +0,5 -> 2,3V.

I ran 2x1GB PC8000 DDR2-1000 HZ with an Intel D975XBX2 (BadAxe2) motherboard at 2.28v with 4-4-4-5 timings. It was orthos stable for 24 hours.

    F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ | GIGABYTE DS3 Rev.1 | F7 BIOS | Boots up and runs fine @ 1.9v 5-5-5-12, 32M PASS with 2 512mb sticks of Corsair TWIN2X1024A-6400 for total of 3072 MBytes system memory at 400FSB.

I'm posting this in case anybody else has the DS3 and one gig of Corsair and is wondering if adding 2 gigs of this RAM is feasible or not. It definitely is. My machine is now ready for Vista... if only I was.

P.S. Ran Orthos blend for over an hour with no problem. Would run it longer but I actually use this computer.

    Thumbs up

    F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK | Asus Striker Extreme | 0701 | running w/ 2GB of Corsair 6400C4D, bootable at 2.1v w/ 5-5-5-15

This set is compatible with the Striker, running great. I had the Corsair running at 800 4-4-4-12 1T before, changed timings to 5-5-5-15, built in the HK and booted.
Now I'm priming at a FSB of 300 MHz, RAM is at 4-4-4-12 2T at 700 MHz ( 5:6 divider ), voltage of Northbridge is 0.1v higher than stock, RAM is at 2.125v.

    F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ | EVGA 780i | P03 | No problems, Prime95 + MemTest. Also Memtest86+ ver. 2.0 and Vista's MdSched memory test.

I bought this memory because some other EVGA 780i owners suggested it. After purchasing it I found this forum and was surprised it wasn't listed. Since then I've tested mine using several methods.

    F2-6400CL4D-2GBHK | GIGABYTE DS5 | F3

later bios's make the motherboard UNSTABLE when overclocked.

bought a second kit of the above, but now cant run stock setting when in 4GB (1GBx4) mode.

and last week the 1st 2GB (1GBx2) kit died on me, Pc would not boot.

    F2-8800CL5D-4GBPI on DFI Lanparty X48-T2R Bios ADC24

Works fine with auto, will POST at DDR2-800 with Vdimm set at 1.90v in bios which is 1.84-1.85v. If you change straight to 1066mhz it will fail to POST.
To run 1066mhz on any strap, Vdimm needs to be set to 1.96v+. Bios voltage reading is out about 0.04-0.06v depending on voltage.

    I set 1.985v to get 1.930v.

    Timings

    Enhance Data Transmitting = Fast
    Enhance Addressing = Fast
    T2 Dispatch = Enabled

    tCL = 5
    tRCD = 5
    tRP = 5

DRAM CLK Driving Strength = 3
DRAM Data Driving Strength = 6

    or

DRAM CLK Driving Strength = 4
DRAM Data Driving Strength = 7
    Ch1 DLL Default Skew Model = 6
    Ch2 DLL Default Skew Model = 6

Default is 6 / 8 / 0 / 0, which has way too aggressive clock delays for these ICs.

I use Dimm2 and Dimm4 and need roughly these dialled in delays for best system behaviour.

For these setting I use (gives me closest model):

    Vdimm 1.985v (reading 1.93v)

DRAM CLK Driving Strength = 5
DRAM Data Driving Strength = 7
    Ch1 DLL Default Skew Model = 5
    Ch2 DLL Default Skew Model = 5

Fine Delay Step Degree = 30ps

Ch1 Cross Clocking Setting = Aggressive
DIMM 1 Clock Fine Delay = Current
    DIMM 2 Clock Fine Delay = 16 Degree (480ps)
    DIMM 2 Control Fine Delay = 23 Degree (690ps)
DIMM 1 Control Fine Delay = Current
    Ch1 Command Fine Delay = 23 Degree (690ps)

Ch2 Cross Clocking Setting = Aggressive
DIMM 3 Clock Fine Delay = Current
    DIMM 4 Clock Fine Delay = 17 Degree (510ps)
    DIMM 4 Control Fine Delay = 26 Degree (780ps)
DIMM 3 Control Fine Delay = Current
    Ch2 Command Fine Delay = 26 Degree (780ps)

Ch1Ch2 Common Clock Setting = Aggressive

    CH1 RDCAS GNT-Chip Delay = 2T
    CH1 WRCAS GNT-Chip Delay = 2T
    CH1 Command to CS Delay = 2T

    CH2 RDCAS GNT-Chip Delay = 2T
    CH2 WRCAS GNT-Chip Delay = 2T
    CH2 Command to CS Delay = 2T

    Hope that helps.
