    Got 2.5 GHz. on air!!!

That would be with my week 49 AIUHB 2400+, on a vdd modded 8RDA+ (Rev.1.0), cooling 2.1vcore with a PAL8045. I always use stock vid speeds while going for CPU speed, so that's not a great score, just showin' off my CPU speed. http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=6129554

Thanx guys. Temps at 34c right now, but that COULD change once the sun comes up. I'll be checking on it.

    Darn!! 2.5 w/ 2.1Vcore :o
I can't believe this chips take so much juice for not a very good OC. i.e. w/ 1.85v I can get 2363Mhz max., while a 1700+ can do like 2.1 w/ like minimal volts

But that is very good job to get a grumpy chip and getting it that high

Well, I found the slip of paper, that I jotted down all the chip's info on, (it went behind my monitor when I wasn't looking), and ran it through Bloody's CPU configurator dealy-bob. I also looked at the info @ xbitlabs. Anyways, if they're right, then not only is this baby a "downgraded" 2800+, but it's the 2nd chip out of a good "B" production batch. The last 6 numbers of the second line are 280002, and the 4 letters after AIUHB0249 are WP"B"W. Obviously, I knew this chip was a keeper, but it's nice to be re-assured.

    Nice!

I have a 2400+ AIUGB week 51 I do believe(next time its out I'll grab the full stepping) and it'll do 2.5ghz ~2.15v on air. I ran all my 1700+'s threw the "Bloody's CPU configurator dealy-bob"(hehe) and most were downgraded 2700 and 2800's.
