    maybe you should change ur PSU and ur mobo(p5b or msi) to achieve 5Ghz.
    zippy 600w , 12v=26v only for CPU , that's not enough for a quadcore at 5Ghz.
    p5wdh's atx power=4pin , but not 8pin, there maybe some problem .
