Is it just me, or is ATi just making the rounds on tech sites giving the same, while long, canned spiel?

Still, good to hear M$/ATi partnership is strong and more bluntly stated that R600 should have some features ready to be utilized by DX10b.
    That is all.

    Peace and love.

I'd quite like to see some spiel from nV for that matter. We've heard a lot about how great the R600 is going to be but nVidea are keeping tight-lipped about the G80.

<Aleph-One>I believe they are a fabrication. Most of the evidence would suggest that they were created in a studio during the Cold War to display our industrial superiority over the Soviet Union.

DX10a, Get it right on nn will beat you with his keyboard.

AFAIK, G80 will be completely DX10 complient...The only thing that was supposedly holding it back was the uni shaders, which apparently was dropped from spec. I'm not sure that's correct, but that's what i've taken from discussion.
    That is all.

    Peace and love.

No, people just misunderstood the specs. DX10 needs unified instructions not unified shaders. Although if all the shaders are already using the same instructions, then unifying the shaders makes more sense than keeping them seperate.

EDIT: for clarity and correct(ish) grammer

Why don't you just look up the threads in the windows operating systems forum instead?
