Ultrasonic water foggers, DIY? How do they work??

How do those ultrasonic pond fountain humidifier fogger things work? I have an idea thats real complicated to do with heatpipes and i dont feel like trying to explain it because i havent got it figures out yet myself I need to build myself a real high powered one...

i have a couple of those lying around, just a small piezoelectric disc that vibrates at ultrasonic frequencies, it essentially vibrates so fast it vaporizes the water without heating it

Though the stuff isn't condensing, it's just tiny water particles not vapor.

No, I think not. Vapor consists of loose H20 molecules flying arround. I think this thing blows xtremely tiny droplets of water in the air. It looks like vapor that's at the point of condensing.

I'm not sure though.

Liquid water particles are still liquid but divided to very tiny pieces so they're very light and "flows" in air.
Vapor is gasous and are equal or above water's boiling point, it actually feels dry when kept above the boiling point.

When liquid water "condenses" (gets together) it becomes water droplets, does not suck heat.
When vapor condenses, it sucks heat and cools down to water droplets.

I want a real big ne so i can make water evaporator so it gets cold basicly, or some other liquid.
