Bad program in Walkman xD

Hi people Ive got a Sony Walkman NW-E105. To put music inside it or to delete the music, I have to using a ing program...is there other way to put the musica in the walkman? Like "normal" pendrives?

From what I read you gotta use the program. Can't drag and drop files

I did read it was buggy for people at first, but there was an update for it.

I think it formats them into a Sony format which crunches them down smaller than mp3's? If so that sounds worth it to me.
