How do I post my benchmarks?

I'm wondering how I post my screens of my memory result in sandra say? Or 3dmark even. How do I save it to a folder or something because it won't let me do anything? Anyway this is the memory bandwidth score I just got with my system running 11.5x197 2,2,2,4 1.94v, and I even have a shot psu . Anyway it's a 2100+ tbred b, 8rda+, 2x256ocz 3500el DC 100%.

I also got 14636 in 3dmark earlier with this setup. I'll do pcmark now. I don't even reboot or anything before benchmarks I like real world scores, and 24/7 overclocks better then ones just used for benching.

just did sandra cpu benchmark and got...

8510 MIPS
3418 MFLOPS

Are these scores very good? Oh and I forgot to say these scores are with a msi geforce4 4400 (325/630)
