    Guys, only a few days left to get the benchies in!
    EIST is enabled, so at idle this cpu has a multi of 6, but its normal multi is 13.
    13*233=3030mhz.

    All are done same ram speeds and same cpu speeds.
    25% are tweaked and have different gpu and video card ram speeds.
    Full are full tweaked and clocks on GPU...

    Drag scores:

    40276 / 27816 = 44.8% increase over stock

    Good results, but I am suprised that you cannot get a higher % in 01 over aquamark.

    My rig is not crappy enough to score that low, getting 77% in 01 or 100+% am3 isnt even possible for me

    Yeah I really thought 01 would be my strongest benchmark and that 03 and AM3 would be my weaker benchmarks, but when all the tweaking and overclocking was done I was amazed by 03 but nothing prepared me for AM3!!

    I had so much fun I thought I had pushed the card before but now I really see what it is capable of! I know it isnt a £300 monster or anything but for £40 I dont think you can complain!

    Fwiw, i am gonna be too busy for the forseeable future as well. I've got training for rugby over the next few days. So sorry, but i won't be putting forward any results.

    best of luck to everyone else.

    Sorry, but I' not going to have enough time to get results in either. I've got to move at the weekend, you don't realise the amount of junk you own until you have to jam it in boxes & stuff it all in the back of a transit. Enjoy the comp :thumbsup:

    The card set up in the system, insulation was proving very difficult so I didn’t bother. Let her freeze over!

    The temperature of the GPU was held at roughly -50C by a small homemade single stage vapour phase change cooler charged with r404a. The GPU voltage was 1.95v, a few days previous I had ran ~2.0v which resulted in the output inductor de-soldering itself when running at over 300MHz clock frequency, hence the slight “back off” on voltage.

    Whilst benchmarking the temperature of the memories cold plate was fluctuating between -17C to -13C, indicating that this memory at 4.00v and up to 610MHz was putting out a reasonable amount of power for only eight memory IC’s…

    My favourite bucket, I estimate that the four 30W peltiers and the load of the memory was in the region of 160W. Over the course of one and a half hours I had to siphon out and refill the bucket 12 times as the water temperature rose. The water block temperature never exceeded 30C.

    There were a few millimetres of frost over the memory cold late. I knew that with running un-insulated I could not power down the peltier or vapour phase change system due to the thaw and subsequent damage to the card this would cause. Because of this the system remained powered until I had finished, which was a pain in the...

    Protection for the motherboard courtesy of a plastic carrier bag, Morrison’s is an overclockers best friend

    At the end of the benchmark runs the cooling systems were turned off and the card allowed to thaw once removed from the motherboard. Water quickly began to drip down the card as the ice melted.

    3DMark2001 was run first using the 40.72 drivers and DirectX 8.1, LOD 10, 12, 4, 3.8. The first trial run was at 250/620MHz to test the memory performance under peltier cooling as I had not tried this before on this card, after a few runs it became apparent that the memory was degrading with the high Vdd being used, the remaining runs were done quickly as I was loosing about 5MHz every 20mins. I ended up running at 303/610MHz, I could have gotten another 2MHz from the core but I wanted to be quick:

    Aquamark3 at 305/610MHz was run with 40.72 drivers and DirectX 9.0C, LOD at 10 - by this time the memory was beginning to artefact slightly:

    3DMark2003 at 305/591MHz was run with 66.93 drivers and DirectX 9.0C, LOD at 10 - by this time I had a few bad runs and with the memory rapidly going the way of the dodo 591MHz was the best I could manage:

    Interestingly with the memory at 500MHz and stock memory voltage I was able to run the core frequency to 320MHz, perhaps this PCB didn’t lend itself to combined high core and memory clocks, or perhaps it’s something within the GF3 architecture… who knows…

    This Ti200 was a good card core wise reaching 260MHz on stock air but quite disappointing considering it used 4ns memory. The maximum memory clock achievable on stock air was 500MHz with slight artefacts, which is poor for 4ns IC’s. Cooling and massive over voltage on the memory together have given a great increase. After the benchmarks were complete I played with the card until the memory was falling below 550MHz at this point I decided to pull the plug, I don’t think it’ll work again –and I don’t mind

    With an average over the three benchmarks of 77% I think the old girls done a grand job.

    Never surrender!

    2001 = +69.4%

    2003 = +64.8%

    Aquamark = +97%

    Average increase is +77%

    Thanks to everyone who took part, can you all drop me a PM please and we'll sort out the prizes

    Will try and organise round 3 of the comp at some point, need to make sure its better organised etc than this round though!

    Cheers guys
