Mushkin XP2-5300 2GB Kit Issue?

I have 3 2GB DDR2 kits.
System Specs:
Epox MF570-SLI
AM2 3800 single core
SilverStone ST60f 600W
LeadTek 7800GTX
My Problem is out of the 3 Kits the Mushkin set will not post windows. I can enter the bios, I have changed the timings from the Motherboard Defaults of 5,5,5,15 to 4,4,4,12 & 3,3,3,10 Voltage from 1.8 to 2.1 yet the system will not post windows with the Mushkin installed. If I install either the Supertalant kit or the Geil Kit everything works fine.
The catch is I have a second system
Aopen i975a-YDG
T2400
OCZ Modstream 520W
XFX 7300GS
That the Mushkin Kit works fine in.
I am not sure what to think?

Have you tried to boot using just single channel configuration?

Yes I just tried Just a single stick in the Epox and it did post into windows., so I thought maybe the memory controler on the CPU might be damaged. So I Picked up a 2800 Sempron and ended up with the same result. no Windows post with both sticks. Yet they both work and even overclock in the Aopen system.

set cmd rate to 2t
the IC on that kit is elipda and doesn't like 1t command for w/e reason. Once set to 2t, you should be able to run 3-3-3-x but will need to tweak drive strengths to weak settings, so you may wanna run 4-4-4-x for a bit
also set voltage to 2.1
I've run these dimms on MSI 570SLI at about 700mhz at 2t and they performed very well. On intel you won't see the 1t/2t issue as the MCH sets 2t by default
