Henri Richard said that there will be 1P quadcores for sAM2 and for 4x4(8 cores workstation) sometimes in 2007.

We're now introducing AM2, and of course AM2 will be quad-core compatible.
And the fact that the AM2 socket allows us to have a seamless transition to quadcore tells me that I can buy a 4×4 platform, in the later part of this year, and then take it to eight cores sometime in 2007.

No, it will be based on K8, probably RevG and will have some improvements. K8L will come latter to replace K8 dualcores and quadcores:
We've talked about the refresh of the current K8 architecture that will come in '07, with significant improvements in many different areas of the processor, including integer performance, floating point performance, memory bandwidth, interconnections and so on. You know that platform still has a lot of legs under it, but of course we're not standing still, and there's a next-generation core that's being worked on.
Our plan is to have both dual-core and quad-core K8L-based processors within the same timeframe. The K8L development, from the ground up, is a quad-core development.
